FileBag ("FileBag," "us" "our" or "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"). This Privacy Policy describes that we do not collect your information with our website, https://www.helpchat.com (the "Site"), and the FileBag Software. This policy applies only to information we do not collect through the Site or FileBag Software and any emails, texts or other electronic communications sent through the Site or FileBag Software. This Privacy Policy is part of, and governed by, our Terms of Service.

1. FileBag Customers and FileBag Customer Visitors.
You may be interacting with FileBag as a customer (or potential customer) of FileBag, who purchases from FileBag rights to use the FileBag Software our other FileBag Software on your own websites (a "FileBag Customer"). Alternatively, you may be a visitor to one of FileBag's Customer's websites, which uses the FileBag Software on such Customer's website (a "FileBag Customer Visitor"). If you are a FileBag Customer Visitor you should review the privacy policy of the FileBag Customer's website, which will govern your use of the FileBag Customer's website and explain how the FileBag Customer treats information collected through such FileBag Customer's use of the FileBag Software implemented on such website. This Privacy Policy merely describes how we may collect, use, store, share, disclose and protect FileBag Customer Visitor information we obtain through our FileBag Software (as implemented on FileBag Customers' websites). We have no control over the privacy practices of FileBag Customers. Whether you are a FileBag Customer or FileBag Customer Visitor, please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding collection and use of your information. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Site, FileBag Software or, if you are a FileBag Customer Visitor, the FileBag Customer's website. By accessing or using the Site, FileBag Software or (if you are a FileBag Customer Visitor) the FileBag Customer's website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Changes to Our Privacy Policy.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat your personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page. Your continued use of the Site or FileBag Software after we make changes is deemed to be your acceptance of those changes, so please check this policy periodically for updates. The date that this Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
3. Children Under the Age of 13.
